B. Gregory Stroh
B. Gregory “Greg” Stroh is a respected senior executive whose career spanned more than 30 years in the consumer products and food manufacturing industries. Over the course of his professional life, he held increasingly senior leadership positions in general management, operations, and corporate strategy for major multinational and privately held organizations. He earned a reputation for operational excellence, business transformation, and steady, results-driven leadership.
Mr. Stroh guided complex operations across manufacturing, research and development, engineering, and distribution in both domestic and international markets. His experience included leading large-scale organizations through periods of growth, transition, and business turnaround, often overseeing multi-plant operations and large workforces. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Pinnacle Foods Corporation, where he strengthened customer service performance, expanded product offerings, and improved operational efficiency. Earlier, in senior leadership roles at Fort James Corporation, he helped drive significant operational improvements and enhance customer service capabilities.
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Custom Industries, Mr. Stroh successfully led the company through a major turnaround, restoring customer relationships, completing strategic acquisitions, and positioning the business for a profitable sale to a Dutch multinational firm. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology at PET, Inc., he oversaw research and manufacturing operations while implementing long-term cost-saving initiatives.
Mr. Stroh spent more than two decades with Kraft, Inc., advancing through a series of leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Among his many accomplishments were establishing Kraft’s first economic research department and leading major operational initiatives that strengthened manufacturing performance across North America. Known for his collaborative leadership style and strong operational discipline, Mr. Stroh was widely respected for building high-performing teams and guiding organizations through meaningful change. He also served on the Boards of Directors for the Paperboard Packaging Council and the National Bakery Suppliers Association.
Greg Stroh earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and completed two executive management programs at Harvard University. Most importantly to this occasion, he remained a proud graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys, Ohio—a foundation that helped shape a remarkable career and lasting legacy.

Gregory Stroh is inducted into the St. Marys Memorial High School Alumni Foundation Hall of Fame for Academic or Professional Achievement.
