Membership in the St. Marys MHS Alumni foundation is open to both MHS graduates and non-MHS graduates. Lifetime membership costs only $20 and entitles you to one free entry in all raffles sponsored by the MHS Alumni Foundation.

After submitting the form, you will be redirected to the St. Marys Community Foundation page and their online payment portal. There, you can pay the $20 membership fee by selecting MHS Alumni from the menu and typing "Membership" in the comments. Or you may send a check to MHS Alumni Foundation, 101 W. Spring St., Suite A, St. Marys, OH 45885.
